Section 1. Students are required to wear the prescribed complete uniform. Otherwise, they are not allowed to enter the campus. Wearing of rubber or wooden slippers and rubber shoes is not allowed.  When students are in their SNA: CCEI uniform, they represent the SNA: CCEI in a special way and they are responsible to uphold the name and integrity of the school. It can only be worn outside of the SNA: CCEI, only on official functions or delegations. The use of uniform is strictly prohibited for games, movies, parties, etc. unless officially sanctioned by the school.

 

·         For Pre-School Girls

One-piece semi-hipster dress

Upper Part – light blue, baby collar with ¼” bias, slleves with 1 ¼” tupi bias

Lower Part – navy blue (peach twill fabric) semi-hipster 2” from the waits to the hips

Navy Blue Belt with square buckle

3-way pleats, length is 2” below the knee

Black Leather Shoes (boots are not allowed)

·         For Elementary Girls (Grades 1-6)

Section 2. Wearing of the school ID on campus is mandatory. This must be worn at the chest level at all times and must be worn with the official ID strap only. Tampering or changing the photo invalidates the ID. Stickers must not be used on any portion of the ID. Borrowing and lending of the ID is strictly prohibited.

 

·         Lost ID must be reported immediately to the Treasurer’s Office with the following procedures:

 

 

·         Secure a temporary gate pass from the Office. It shall be good only for 48 hours and is non-renewable.

·         Proceed to the Business Office and pay for the issuance of a new identification card (ID).

·         Present receipt to the Treasurer’s office for the processing of the new ID.

Section 3.         Students shall not stay in the school premises beyond class hours except when required and/or accompanied by school authorities.

Section 4.         Students shall not commit any immoral act (i.e. petting, necking, exhibitionism, etc.) within the school premises.

Section 5.         Students shall enter the Faculty Room only when in consultation with a faculty member or when they receive specific instruction(s).

Section 6.         Students shall avoid creating unnecessary noise in the school premises at all times.

Section 7.         Students waiting for their next class are advised to go to, and study, in the library. They shall not to stay in vacant classrooms.

Section 8.         Students must secure the permission/approval of designated school officials prior to the posting of any announcement in the bulletin board.                              Unauthorized  announcement is subject to disciplinary action.

Section 9.         Students shall strictly observe silence and shall be in orderly formation when moving between periods, going to the AVR, ComLab, Science Lab, Library, gymnasium and school canteen. Staying along the corridors is not allowed.

Section 10.         Students are expected to take good care of school properties. Good order requires that classrooms be kept clean and tidy. Writing boards and markers are used for instructional purposes only. Students are not to write or to step on classroom furniture and walls. Students are enjoined to turn off lights and air-conditions/electric fans when not in use.

Section 11.        Students shall exhibit decency, courtesy, respect, and refined behavior at all times. Male students are required to sport decent haircuts. It is described as not reaching the ear on the side and in line with the lower lobe of the ear at the back. Dyeing hair with bright color is not allowed for both sexes

Section 12.        Male students shall observe the required and accepted hair and proper grooming whenever they enter the schools premises even during weekends, school programs and activities:

 

                 12.1 crew cut or gentlemen’s cut

                 12.2 no fancy styling of hair such as standing punk style

                 12.3 no earrings or any metal accessories on the tongue, nose, etc.

                 12.4 no long finger nails and colored nail polish

                 12.5 no tattoos
